We've all heard the saying, "two heads are better than one." Well, imagine what's possible when you put as many as six heads together in a loosely structured environment that fosters the sharing of issues and concerns, challenges and struggles that are centered around a common topic such as parenting, career management, work-life balance and integration or business ownership.The result is a powerful network of support where ideas, inspiration and motivation abound. Where trials and triumphs are embraced and celebrated. Where deepening the learning is a constant goal. Where lasting connections are formed creating an atmosphere of support and understanding, of creativity and innovation, and of collaboration and challenge.
To those of you who are aware of the concept of mastermind groups, this may sound familiar.
This is what you'll get when you join an Apply Within Success Circle. You'll be matched with a group of pre-screened and individually selected participants who are highly motivated and eager to succeed. These are people like you who share a common issue and are ready to take action and make changes, and are seeking the support, insights and accountabilty of others.
Success Circles meet on a bimonthly basis in person and/or via conference call. The two-hour faciliated gatherings provide an opportunity for each participant to share their issue or challenge and get input and insights from the group. Because communication within the group are confidential, it provides a safe environment in which to explore challenges centered around the main theme of the group.
Success Circles can evolve over time, depending on the needs and desires of the group. Because the group is run as a democracy, the members can mold it into the type of community that best meets their needs.
